History: Donna Noble is the daughter Sylvia and Geoff Noble, and granddaughter of Wilfred Mott. Prior to meeting the Doctor, she held down a series of temporary jobs. She had the opportunity to find permanent work as a secretary for a photocopying business, but she chose instead to take a job as a temp secretary at HC Clements, a security company that was in fact a Torchwood front. It was here that she met her future fiancée, Lance Bennett, who was head of Human Resources at the company.
On the day of her wedding, while walking down the aisle with her father, huon particles interacted with her elevated mental state and caused Donna to be teleported into the Doctor's TARDIS, to the surprise of them both. The Doctor eventually returned her to her wedding reception, after the intervention of Robot Santa's prevented his returning her in time for her actual wedding. When a Robotic Christmas Tree began firing explosives at the wedding guests, the Doctor decided to investigate H.C. Clements. The trail led them to a secret base under the Thames, where Lance and the Empress of the Racnoss revealed their plans. Donna assisted the Doctor in defeating the Empress but she ultimately turned down his offer to travel with him.
But Donna could not resume her old complacent life. Her eyes had been opened to the universe by this event and during the wait for the doctor her father had passed. She however set to work in trying to investigate unexplained happenings in hope of meeting him again, knowing the Doctor always ran into trouble. She managed to catch up with him while looking into mysteries connected with Adipose Industries. Donna witnessed the March of the Adipose and then went on to travel with the Doctor in the TARDIS after showing her granddad her departure.
Random Facts: She loves chocolate.
RP Sample: [from another site] She parked the car near the small entrance hut that visitors had to pass through in order to reach the lake which was usually a hot spot yet today was closed. However not to her as the manager said that she could use the lake to talk to her grandmother which is what she wanted to do as she hadn’t be allowed to summon her ghost yet because of various reasons, she wasn’t ready and the such. Melinda wanted to speak to her somewhere and in her mind the best place was where she had been killed. The female had borrowed her mother’s car as she had her bike in for repairs after hitting a demon with it, the company still didn’t know how she had ruined the bike and she wasn’t going to tell them anytime soon either. She closed the car door as her black boots hit the pavement and locked the vehicle behind her with a small bang before she walked forwards and onto the wooden platform which led to the lake.
Slowly and steady she walked towards the lake seeing the water getting clearer and brighter as the thuds from her boots got quieter. She was usually head strong and confident however coming to the lake made her feel slightly nervous always she didn’t know why, Melinda had seen ghosts before and had been to the lake before although never by herself. That had to be the reason she was just nervous about going to lake on her own as her grandmother had the same power as her mother and herself so she couldn’t stop the demon if it appeared, sure it was vanished but some demons returned Barbas was an example of that as she had heard many of the charmed ones fights with him. She just hoped that she would never the guy, Melinda really didn’t want her fears to come alive even mentally she didn’t want to see them it would probably be too much for her to take.
Prudence stopped a few feet away from the path than was stuck out over the water causing her stomach to flip as she tried to imagine how terrifying it must have been for her grandmother to of been there all alone and how she had died by drowning from a water type demon that had watched her last moments. Melinda clenched her fist in anger, demons really annoyed her how humanoid creatures could be so evil and inflict the amount of pain and death that they did, not only that but the demons actually enjoyed hearing people scream they were pure evil. Her being a good witch meant that she didn’t really understand how anyone could be evil or how a demon worked, they really ruined peoples lives.
With a deep breath the female gripped her handbag tightly to her side and stepped forward onto the pier allowing the sea wind to blow in her face, raising her hair upwards with it. Melinda placed her hands straight ready to activate her telekinesis on a small rock that was laying near her, sure it wasn’t going to defeat any demons but it would give her enough time to get away if need be then she could get home and defeat it with her brothers or whoever was there at the time. Even though Prudence was worrying and knew that there was a very rare chance that someone was going to attach her she was still frightened, it was one of her faults that people didn’t see often, she was a major worrier.
She finally shook her head and calmly walked to the each of the peer where she looked into the water that was so clear she could see the bottom. “Beautiful” she muttered to herself as a smile appeared on her lips. Melinda then looked upwards with her hands now in her pockets staring into the sunlight that shone down towards the pier although the sun was starting to disappear behind the clouds. The witch didn’t exactly know what to say or what she was really doing, sure she wanted to speak to her grandma but there was another reason why she was there but she couldn’t put her finger on it.
