Overall Personality: Arwen's personality is quite complex. She is a quiet, reserved individual but can at times get completely the opposite when pushed. Powers:
History: Arwen doesn’t remember much of her life from her early childhood, she only knows that she isn‘t completely human. The earliest memory she has is of wondering the streets after a blood bath in her home. She remembered the flash of a blade being swung down, and blood splattered everywhere. It covered the walls, floor, her father, and her. She then ran before the murderers saw her. She knew that her parents wanted her to live, so she ran.
As she ran, her mind was trying to protect her. She had heard her father as she ran from the yard, and it was the same scream that her mother had made when they slit her throat in front of her. She didn’t stop to go back, as she knew she would meet the same fate. So instead she continued to run away from it all.
She was found wondering the streets by a man, and he followed her during her rampages for food at the marketplace. Other street urchins would try to take food from her that she had gotten for doing little jobs for the stall owners. Of course she beat them up to keep her food for herself. After all, she only remembered that she had learned to fight from somewhere. She just couldn’t remember from who or why. By this time, she had forgotten who her family was; only knowing that she had no one.
Then a man approached Arwen, he was kind and sweet. The man then took her away to secret place, where he experiment on her. Enhancing her reflexes, senses, regenerative abilities, basically everything about her. The man and his colleagues tested her and trained her in combat and covert ops. She excelled at past their expectations, and was one of their first successes. When they had convinced themselves that she was ready for a real test, they ‘placed’ her in Torchwood One as a freelance agent. However, they wiped her memory of her time in their ‘care’ and hoped that her training was now nothing but pure instinct.
Arwen worked for Torchwood One following their rules and policies, that was until Torchwood One fell in the “Battle of Canary Wharf” and Her Majesty ordered it to be closed. Without a purpose, she wonders around ‘freelancing’ her services to make a buck for her next meal…
Random Facts: Will not willing work for Torchwood of the old days (like when Jack was forced to work for them).

Arwen stood in her black trench coat and high-heeled boots, looking over the active rift from the roof of a building above. Jack had sent her the moment he knew it was going to be active in just a few short minutes. Normally he would send someone else, but only she could cover that much distance in just a short amount of time. The perks of being part vampire.
"You are to either stay at the rift until it closes, or follow and detain anything that comes out of it." Jack told her before she left. She had an idea on why Jack had her moved from the old Torchwood to his, but she was never able to confirm it. Something glittered inside of the rift and she moved her camera phone up into the line of sight. As it came out, she snapped a picture and sent it back to Torchwood. She then followed the being until she heard more instruction coming into the ear-piece that the Institute uses to communicate between its agents.
"Arwen, you are to follow and observe. We are sending someone to intercept." The female voice sounded in her ear loud and clear. She did as ordered. A few blocks down the street, a familiar dark vehicle flew around the corner and stopped on a coin in front of the being. Jack and Owen emerged from inside, and approached. Without further incident, it was taken to Torchwood.
"Good job, Arwen. Now, please go back to your position and make sure the rift closes." Jack instructed her before entering the car and speeding back the way it came. Arwen moved back to her previous post in a blink of an eye, and patiently waited for the rift to close. Once it did, she headed back to Torchwood to see what came through and if it was dangerous…
