After what seemed an age for him anyway it did a sort of back flip making the Doctor hold tight to the railing as they went flying upside down. It wasn’t what he wanted to be doing in an age nor did it seem right at this moment when he felt like he wanted to scream to the TARDIS, ”What are you doing?” he asked the TARDIS but no reply as he felt himself be thrown to the ground, “What’s wrong?” He asked her gently, receiving a hum in reply that resembled a sort of no and yes in the same sentence that would make you worry at it, until you got to the bottom of the problem which was going to take a while. He didn’t know what the problem was in the first place and who caused it, he really was going to have to figure who was causing this trouble and frankly tell them not to do it again.
He stood there staring at the blank screen in front of him his hand scratching his head as he thought of who could do this, it was just something he wasn’t going to know until he had a chance to discover a few things and firstly he was going to discover was how and why this happened. Sitting on the chair he sprang up again grabbing his coat and ran out the TARDIS. Even if the screen was blank something on the screen told him that the problem was here where they had landed so it had to be nearby. But where. No Sonic and all he had to go on were his senses.
The doctor walked to the doors and opened them walking out into the outside he could feel something, closing his eyes he felt something again a sort of familiar feeling but different like Jenny but this feeling was not so familiar to him. Opening them again he walked on hands in his pockets, and finding where the problem was or solution if there is one and for the hell of Rassilon he hoped there was or there were going to be trouble with an angry Time Lord.

“Thank you for your help today, Kai. Not sure what we would’ve done without done you. Have a good weekend,” said Vanessa, handing the seventeen-year-old a signed time sheet. He nodded and stuffed the time sheet in the right coat pocket before heading out. His brown leather bag of laminated cards was slung over his right shoulder. Kai didn’t like home by bus, since it always took so long. Plus the fact that a bunch of boys who were friends with his work enemy, Sebastian, made it even more unbearable. Fortunately, they weren’t on yet, and he quickly took a seat at the back of the bus.
The bus journey turned out to be pretty enjoyable. He spoke to a regular man who he had dubbed his “bus pal”. He bade farewell to the man and got out, deciding to go to the music store before going home. He sighed and went inside.
What should I buy today? I bet that they won’t have the new Pixie Lott CD yet. It always thought takes them a week to get a new single or album,” thought Kai as he went to a particular aisle. Finding nothing worth buying Kai went to another aisle and found a CD he’d been trying to get for ages: the new Within Temptation album. Excited, Kai rushed to where the cashier was and quickly paid for it.
Content Kai now walked out of the shop and accidentally bumped into a man with black hair.

She held on for dear life as the TARDIS, her dad’s traveling machine took them to places unknown. It was exciting and a little scary being this out of control. Her father talked to the machine as if it were a living, breathing, and sentient being. But Jenny didn’t mind at all. She was just thankful that she had finally found him and that she was along for the ride… and what a ride it was.
By the time the TARDIS had stopped, she had found her arse on the hard grated metal floor. The ride had been thrilling but it was a pain in the rear, literally and figuratively. The way her father controlled the ship… or more like let the ship control and fly itself was amusing to behold. The man was never still and never really silent and yet he hardly said anything when he did speak. It was as if he was trying to hide all those important details and thoughts to himself for fear that they would break loose and cause havoc.
When he ran from the TARDIS she followed, letting the doors slam firmly behind her. Jenny was not about to let him get away that easily and have adventures without her. But by the time she had caught up to him he had gotten bumped into by a boy of maybe seventeen. She stopped short of accidently bowling him over in return as she halted from a flat out run to a dead stop.

It was beginning to get boring now, well besides the fun when he got in trouble but the last few minutes well were silent. Literally he knew Jenny wouldn’t let him out of her sight not sure why but he knew she was happy to be with him, so was he. He really didn’t want to travel around on his own anymore it got him in more trouble then he got into with someone it made his head spin really, maybe he shouldn’t think about it too often. Those thoughts got him all in trouble sometimes then again so did his mouth but that didn’t stop him from using it all the time.
It made havoc, he either wasn’t watching where he was going or it was someone else he had a thought that e might not have watched ahead of himself. Someone knocked into him stepping back slightly to keep himself up he looked to see it was a boy about seventeen. Also to the Doctor this boy felt different but ignored it for now. Looking at the teenager in front of him he grinned, well it was beginning to be usual for him to bump into people lately so it didn’t faze him not in the slightest.
Being upside down seemed to have scrambled him he wasn’t sure if his head was being right at this moment, all he could hear was something unfamiliar to him and that just did something nutty. No what didn’t make sense was that he could hear something that wasn’t there before, but was now.

Kai turned around and saw the Doctor. Not realising who he was Kai held up his hands in apology and making an apologetic face, hoping that the guy would understand. Being mute had its disadvantages and now was one of them. Now if only he was telepathic then he’d be able to send mind-message to him but hearing voices in your mind was considered crazy on Earth. If you said that you were hearing voices inside your head then you were carted off to a nuthouse. Kai really hoped this guy wouldn’t go psycho on him just because the mute boy bumped into him.
Maybe he should sign to him, unless he didn’t know sign language. In which case Kai would have to get out cards, which is something he tired of doing frequently. He liked being mute as it made spying and whatnot easier but he hated being mute sometimes. He couldn’t speak or voice his opinions when he wanted to. He got a card out after deciding that he should say sorry.
Hi, I'm Kai Starshine and I'm mute. Sorry for bumping into you.

Her head titled slightly to read the card the boy had flashed at her father. Jenny looked at the boy as if she had never seen any quite like him and I indeed she hadn’t. She had never seen anyone who had a physical disability before although she was sure that a few people she had met where a few screws short. Like Cobb, she thought, now there was a good soldier gone crazy. For once she decided to stay quiet. After all, the boy had run into her dad and not her. She did however give the boy a bright smile.
Her eyes darted around the area in excitement, not really wanting to stay in one place. She wanted to explore this new place and see everything there was to see. She saw a tree and she started looking at it as if she had never seen one before and she started over to it to investigate. She knew what it was. That information was buried in her generated memories. However she had never seen one before and she found it to be almost as exciting as fighting.
She touched its bark with a steady hand and contemplated its odd texture. A single leaf fluttered down from one of its branches and she caught it within the palm of her hand and looked at it carefully. It was amazing the detail that the leaf had, with its veins and the single stem that had connected it to the branches up above.

He watched as the teen looked somewhat scared, anxious and he turned to see that he had an apologetic look on his face, he felt sorry for him he must have this all the time, the Doctor knew he did it’s why he met strangers he was the one who did it on purpose if had to. To get someone’s attention and took the card which he read carefully and looked back at him with a smile on his face well a reassuring smile, “It’s fine. Happens all the time I’m the Doctor by the way” he replied he had a feeling that things were slightly different being mute and he wasn’t about to treat anyone differently because of it.
His eyes darted to Jenny every now and then he was amused to say the least, she hadn’t seen a tree before even if she did know what one was. It was Amazing to see what she got up to of course besides all the trouble they got into that was just them anyway, he was happy to have her about it made things interesting although they already were from the start, shaking his head he turned back to this boy “So Kai what are doing out here, no hang on if you don’t want to answer don’t I don’t mind I’m just like that always wanting to know and talking, also not much of a look where you’re going myself” he started ‘your gobbing again’ an inner thought came on him ‘still got to let the kid know right’ another thought struck ‘yes definitly’ he shook himself out of it no it was getting worse now thinking to himself he thought then he always did it what stopped him.
Returning back to the living after his thoughts he took to notice he still looked worried then it might have been that he was yapping and it could be something else he didn’t know, he sure didn’t know what else he was going to say just rabbit on about anything “She’s Jenny by the tree” he said with a smile and pointing out where she was.
