The skies outside were cloudy and growing dark and it was only late afternoon. The sound of thunder could be heard in the distant. The rain was just starting to come down, a sprinkle here and there. The worst was yet to come but that didn't stop people from moving along the streets. After all this was Cardiff, nice weather was rare. It had already been a long day for one man. He was a weekend warrior as they were called. Soldiers who were in the army reserves. He was part of the 4th Infantry Division but wasn't on activity duty right now.
The man had joined when he was just 18 or so the files said, almost thirty now. The thing was, this man with the dark short hair didn't remember much from his past. It was kind of cloudy. The 4th Infantry Division said they found him wounded during a battle in the middle east. When they ran his serial number, they found the file on him. The doctor's couldn't explain why his memory wasn't all there but he passed all the test and put him on reserves for now. Until they were sure that there was nothing wrong with him.
Each weekend and two weeks out of the year, he showed up and played soldier and proved he still could cut it. It had been almost a year since all of that happened. Today, he was off playing teacher for one of the local highschools. He was only a sub but gym and history were the things he covered. Today it was a history class and it had been a long day. So he found himself having gone out for something to dinner and now was heading here for a drink.
David was sitting at the bar, playing with the watch he always carried with him. He didn't dare tell anyone how the watched seem to speak with him, show him things that looked like it was out of some scifi show. The last thing he wanted was to end up in a padded cell. The watch was tucked back into it's pocket when the bartender set a glass of beer down in front of him.
He offered a tired smile before taking a drink of beer. His hazel eyes looking around the bar slowly. Something didn't feel right but he couldn't shake it. His hand came up and ran through his short hair before he took another drink. David was tired and ready for bed but knew if he were to lay down, he would be right back up in a hour or so. Sleep didn't happen all that much, it was like his body just need a few hours to run. But like everything else, it didn't make sense to him but he couldn't shake the feeling like something great was missing from him.

Gray clouds mean rain drops. The down pour came smashing hard on Owen and the citizens of Cardiff. Oh we can't forget the Weevils who seemed to be following Owen. He saw them in the shadows. He needed a drink. He wanted to get pissed. He needs a good one too. Owen need to clear his head. He was mad. He lost a lot of memory. What made him forget?
Pulling a hand out a pocket, he opened the door to the pub. He had hoped the Weevils would not follow him in. He wanted to have a social life with humans and not Weevils. He had some understanding about Weevils. He caught the eyes of a man who looked his way. He walked coolly across the room to the bar. He felt a pair of eyes follow him. It was the patrons. He wasn't a stranger. He was something like a regular customer.
"Hey Bob the usual," he told the barkeep behind the counter.
Bob nodded his head to Owen, "It's been a long time since I saw you. Thought you vanish on us."
Owen was going to say it was like last night he saw Bob. He held his tongue. After the incident with Torchwood he had decided to be quiet. Owen was using to keep secrets in the public eye. "Bob you seem to be the same. How's business? Anything change?"
Handing the whiskey to Owen. "Nope. Different day with the same shi---" Bob looked up at the entrance.
Owen was afraid it was a Weevil but it was a woman coming who was a looker."Now that's a bird, eh?" he made the comment to Bob.
Owen was about to relax in his stool. But couldn't because there was a hand of a Weevil behind the lady. He reached for the whiskey and gulped it down. "Look I got to escort a mate out!" He slammed the empty glass down on the bar.
"Owen don't turn place upside down!" Bob yelled after Owen.
"Excuse me," he said. "I will be back. After I excuse my friend out!" He grabbed the Weevil and shoved it outside. "I need you lot to LEAVE me alone!" The Weevil was very scared and moved away from Owen. "Stay away!" he said aloud. "You ruined my day."

David had been sitting there starting down at his half full glass of beer not even paying attention to what was going on around him. He knew at some point a lady had come over to him and tried to get him talking to her but he had toned her out. Thinking about what the watch, his dreams had shown him. Trying to figure out if it was someone's way of telling him what he truly was. A coward.. but he didn't want to believe it. Then he had got thinking about how he was found out in the battle field injuried.. trying to remember if he was running away when he got injuired or if he had been running into battle.. No matter how hard he thought about it, tried to remember what happened that day he couldn't. They were saying it was just some damaged done to his brain and that in time those memories would come back to him but he wasn't sure.
His thoughts where broken by the man who was talking to the bartender next to him. His hazel eyes looked up and looked the man over before he took another drink of his beer. It seemed the man was worse off then him but not that he cared much about. He wasn't the kind of man who bothered much with others or go included in what they were doing. David was a loner and had no one around him. David finished his beer and asked the bartender for another one. It wasn't often that he drank more than one in a night but tonight was different.
He wondered if the man beside him was going to stand there and yap the night away or not. David was looking for some peace and quiet which he doubted he would find here but at least he could try. Then agains the place was filling up rather fast as the night went on. He was just about to pick up his glass and move over to a corner when he noticed something about to happen. His eyes looked over the gray creature which looked like something out of a B Rated halloween or scifi movie. A shake of his head was given as he watched the man deal with the creature, thinking it was just some guy in a suit trying to put on an act for everyone and help the other man to get laid. "Nice act..."David said quietly before trying to move away from it and towards a table away from it all.

Owen came back in the establishment. Wiping his right hand across his forehead, he had hoped it looked like a prank. He smiled to the room. He worked his way back to the bar. "It was someone who needed a few notes to get by," he told Bob. He signaled Bob with his right finger, "Draft beer this round." He can't afford to be hammered now. He doesn't want to walking out in a crowd of Weevils waiting for him in the shadows.
The pub was crowded with patrons hiding out from the rain. Every owner prays for the rain god to make it rain. The rain gods never listened to the Native Americans in North America. But in spite they work here too well. Looking for the vacant seat he was at became the occupied seat to that sexy lady. Frowning a bit at the lady as she leaned over snogging her girlfriend. Not the day for looking. He watched them. He liked to be an audience for this. Two birds at it. Any man would want to be part of that. The lesbian separated from their kiss,
Owen turned looking busy and rubbing the back of his neck. God he was terrible hiding things. He turned to see a vacant seat. To make it worse the vacant seat was by a man who was by himself. He took hold of his beer mug and sat down with the man. Owen sat down and nodded his head to the other man.
Leaning back in his seat, he watched the crowd of people. Inside Owen, he wanted to talk about the Weevil with the man. Just one conversation about them. He wanted it off his chest. Placing his right hand on his right leg, Owen was not into speaking to a stranger. Why could this man be a lady at least. He shifted his weight. He took a glance at the couple lesbians. Sighing under his breath, Owen was hoping some entertainment. What can he say to the other man? Owen wasn't sure. Oh he know what Jack would do. But he was not Jack.
He could bring up the rain. That was a stupid way to start a top for a chat. He had decided to wait the man out. He rapped his fingers and sipped his drink. Thinking another drag day. It was stay here or play with the Weevils. He waited for the man.

Being along was something he was comfortable with, stick him around another person and he froze up. Unsure what to do or say, always the odd man out in crowds. But that was his own fault, he pushed everyone away from him or was just too quiet. He had been told a couple of times that a good looking guy like him needed to be more open and friendly. That he should use that wonderful smile of ihs more often. But he felt like was making a fool out of himself anytime he tried to get close to anyone. David was fine teaching in front of a class, in the military doing what he needed to in there. When it came to talking to someone or getting close to them it was another story.
His eyes looked up seeing a few couples enjoying themselves and then a few groups laughing fun and then there he was by himself.. Well that was until the man who was joking around a few moments ago came down and sat down near him. David lifted his cup up and took a long drink from it. Even though he was tired of being alone, he didn't dare bring someone into his life not with the nightmare and dreams. The last thing he needed was for someone to think he was crazy or worse. The things he seen and heard because of the watch, in his nightmares slash dreams it was enough to have him wondering if he was in fact crazy.
When he looked back over at the man, it was clear whatever kind of prank he pulled earlier didn't impress that lady. As he studied the other man, it looked liked he was nervous about something and worried also. David wondered if this man was nervous and worried about the same thing or if they were different things. Against his better judgement, he spoke up because it was clear that the other man wasn't going to say anything. Right now, David just needed something different.. needed to feel apart of something. "Looks like you had a rough day also..." His day wasn't rough, it was just long and the same as everyday like he was missing a part of him and that there were too many holes to fill in and he wasn't sure where to start.

Sipping his drink, Owen's eyes looked at the man. "A rough day," he said and laughing a little. Holding his drink with both hands. The man was observant. This stranger had read Owen's body behavior. "Yea, you can say that." Owen looked down at his drink and took a nice long sip. He felt the booze hit his system. He had his eyes closed. The taste of the beer had nice hard kick. If you shut off one sense, you can boost another senses in the body.It was like having good sex with the lights out.
"We can't expect life be like good beer everyday," he said. He raised his beer to the other man, "Cheers." He looked at the beer he had in his right hand. "It's like life. It flies by when you don't see it.We wake up every morning. Do our daily rituals that we call chores. And go home and go to sleep." He left out what he does for work. He had gone on, "Until one day. Your life has gone by. You blink your eyes. And find the world around you change. The life you lived you thought it was yours. Until you wake up and your life was not yours. Like your job.The company you work for replaced you with another bloke. You go home and find your home is not yours," He said, sipping his drink. "Sounds like a song," he smiled slyly. "We take life for granted."
Owen had rambled more what he wanted. "You know sitting here alone is not going to get you anywhere," he added. "For instance...lets say I know a man," Owen leaned back. "Yes there is a man who seem to wasting his time. In silence in the shadows of a pub. He watches people around chatting up. Kissing each other. Feeling each other up.He gets tired. He watches the world go around him. Another day, oh there goes another," Owen said waving a finger like a timer. "But one day. A man came by and talk to this man. The man mentioned to this man that he is an arse and wasting away. The man tells the lonely man there more to sitting and doing nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Doing nothing. Why not make a contribution to this world?" Owen said sipping his drink. "The lonely man looked at the strange man and tell him to bug off. Then the strange man replied and said, No. I think I sit here and waste my life too. Then we can have more people join us. We all waste our life. And next thing the whole world joins him. They the world collects dust. Until the human race dust in one dust ball on Earth. And next thing it ends. It all happen because one man was giving up socializing. A shame eh? " That was Owen throwing in Philosophy and Psychology at the other man.
He finished his drink. "My name is Owen," he said saluting his beer to the man. "And you?"

David glanced back at the other man when he finally spoke. So he had been right about it being a rough day. Though he seemed to be laughing a little about it and he found that a bit weird himself. For some reason, he found himself able to read people rather well and he wasn't sure if that was because he spent so much time watching others. There was slight nod of his head to the other man's words. David had been nursing his second drink, the first one having already hit him a little. Anything stronger than beer always made him rather sick so he just stuck with the stuff he was drinking now. Not wanting to spend the rest of the night sick.
"Guess that is true." He said as the other man started to talk about beer and live being good everyday. There was another nod of his head as the cheers was given, David wasn't in a big celebrating mood nor cared much to. He was never really the party kind of guy. The amount of sleep he usually got kept him kind of reserved and quiet. However there were times when he could be a different kind of man usually when he was drunk though. A part of him wished he didn't say anything to this man as he went on talking more. David only said a few words here and there, this man was something else. It was like had just been waiting to unleash everything.
David looked back over and offered a very faint smile. "Well.. kind of need work for money in order to do those things we enjoy most... Some people just get wrapped up and forget to take a break and enjoy themselves. If we didn't work, things wouldn't get done." He said, having a slight accent to his voice. David was the kind of man who needed to have a reason, needed a reason to do anything. Maybe it was the military training him or something else he wasn't sure of. "Done and seen things in my life that others haven't so I'm rather happy with life." He wasn't sure where that came from but it felt like that was the truth and there was really things he done that he couldn't remember. But from the sounds of it this man was talking about himself and he wondered what happened to give that other man those kind of views but it really wasn't his place to ask.
As he sat there listening to the other guy rambling on about some man who sounded a lot like how he was. He couldn't help but to wonder more about himself. Then he shook those thoughts aside before looking back at the other man. "What if the guy doesn't remember some of his past? Feels like there is a part of him missing? What if he has nightmares that scare him to death and wakes up crying out in the middle of the night because of them and that is what keeps from letting people close to him because he is afraid they will think he is crazy.. that not only does his career of being a soldier is on the line but because he doesn't want to wake up and see himself as a crazy man in the mirror." All those things were true about him and what he was the most afraid up but he opened this other man wouldn't pick up on those things.
When the man introduced himself as Owen and saluted him with the beer, he gave another nod of his head. "David."

Owen listened to the man. He was proud of himself. He got the man out in the opening. He had learned a lot from psychology and philosophy. He was brilliant. "I get us another round," he said getting up. "I will be back David," he said taking their empty drinks.
Coming back with their drinks, Owen placed David's drink front of him. Owen sat down to nurse his drink. "What I say I don't think the guy is not crazy? I purposely got up and got us a drink to think what you said," Owen said. David knows Owen could be lying because Owen is bad at lying. Owen thought what he did was the right thing.
Owen had an idea how handle this man. He sipped his beer, "Lets say this guy had seen things. And he had these nightmares, "Owen knew David was talking about himself and these nightmares. But David can be talking about the war in the middle east. "Was this man a recovering from the middle east war? It's understandable that this soldier has memories of the war. It must be awful because he sounded like he was front line. He saw death. That is something people don't see every day. He can't be crazy for remembering."
Owen took another swig of his beer. He eyed his beer. He felt it making him fuzzy inside. "The man in the mirror looks like a stranger to this man.But the stranger in the mirror is the man. And he knows it. But what he sees is an image. He hopes he can find the answer in the eyes in the mirror. But he does not see what he can't remember. These nightmares he sees are little paragraphs in a chapter of his service in the military. But we are sharing a story about this man. What do you think he sees in those nightmares?" Owen said in a compassion voice. He wanted to know. "There's no crazy stories. Just the world is crazy."
Owen leaned his hands on the rim of his beer, and leaned his chin on top. He looked like he was a child waiting for a good story. Owen knew it was going to be good.

It was hard to get David to open up about himself, he truly wasn't comfortable around others and didn't like talking about himself because he felt their were more important things out there instead of himself. He watched as Owen got up after staying he was getting another round. Another beer wasn't something he thought he needed.. after all he still needed to get home tonight and get up early for school. Being a teacher had it perks but getting up early wasn't one of them. "Okay." He said quietly when Owen said he would be back and took his empty glass. David wasn't sure what was going to happen here. Sure the guy wasn't bad looking but he couldn't remember the last time he was with someone or if he had even been with anyone. It was one of those blanks he hadn't filled in yet or knew when he would.
In his dreams.. he had seen the man with a wife. But he still wasn't sure if that man was him or not. He never seen the man's face in the dream so it left him guessing but what that man had done in his life and seen, it wasn't anything that he knew could be done these days. It seemed like it really should be smoe scifi story. When Owen came back, he picked up the glass and down about half of the beer in one go. He needed to be drunk right now, he really needed something help him relax more and this was all he had at the moment. A part of him really just wanted to run away and get some fresh air but he stayed where he was listening to Owen on go. There was the faint smile there and relief in his eyes when Owen said he didn't think the guy was crazy. "Well, I think the guy would be relieved that there was someone who believed that."
It was easier to talk like that about himself then coming out straight forward and saying it was him. Besides this guy had to be smart enough to know what was really going on. Then Owen started to talk again, about how the nightmares from the war and how it wasn't crazy for remembering those. "It's not just what he done in the Middle East or the war that is on going. He doesn't remember much about his past having been injuried in the war.. He sees much more in his dreams.. another world, another war being faught." He said, trying not to go into too much details about those dreams. He doubted anyone would believe him, he would save the details for the journal he kept on things.
His thoughts where broken when Owne spoke about finding himself in the mirror and that he wasn't a stranger to the man in the mirror. But that was the thing, he would look at himself in the mirror and he didn't know the man looking back at him. It was that way anytime he say his relfection. It was like he was standing there looking at someone else. A person he didn't even know and he didn't know where to starting learning to better understand and know that person looking back at him. "Well, I hope that is true about the world being crazy." He glanced over at Owen and seen him still resting his chin on his hands.

So David was a soldier who fought wars in another world. Owen looked at David. That could be observed of Owen checking him out and he was. He felt relieve that he had found someone from not of this world. He was excited inside. He was alone. He was proud too. The problem was how he was about to do it.
He sipped his beer. He wondered what it was like to be out in space. He had never had the opportunity. He was stuck on Earth. He ran his thumb around the rim of the glass. He wondered what kind of wars? Owen remembered how he sat on the roof of his house with Katie Russel, his soon to be wife. He was always looking up at the nightly heavens wondering if there was life up in the stars.
“I looked up at the stars with Katie Russel, my finance when she was living. I always asked myself could there be life out there. And you mention that this man had wars out there,” he said sipping his drink.
Owen took a deep breath, “She died. . . She died by an alien disease,” he finished. That was a white lie. “I miss her,” he said slowly closing his eyes and leaning on his hands. “We have to be idiots to think we are the only one on this planet. Of course there are other lives out there. I prove it,” Owen said jerking his head to the door. “You saw my mate who was trying to get in. He’s not a mate. He’s actually not from this world. So, what do you think, eh?”

The thing was, David didn't remember being anything other than a human in the British Army. Sure he had bits of life outside of being in the Army but those memories didn't feel like they were his nor did the dreams he had. It was like he was trapped in a body that wasn't his. The truth of it all was that David was a Time Lord but used some tech to store who he was, everything that was him in a watch. The need to hide and protect himself for a few years without anyone finding him was the reason he did that. Instead of being a Time Lord, with two hearts and everything that made a Time Lord a Time Lord was locked away in that watch and he was nothing less than a human these days.
He downed the last of his beer, really starting to feel it hit him. A hand came up and rubbed at the back of his neck. This was the first time, he ever felt this tipsy and border line drunk. David glanced over at Owen and watched him toy wit the glass for a moment, wondering what was going on in the other man's mind. Then he finally spoke about how he had a finance and they would often look up at the night sky. "Found myself looking up the night sky and wondering about things ever since the dreams started in. Makes you feel kind of small doesn't it?" He asked before lowering his head some, not feeling all that well at the moment. Maybe he shouldn't have started to drink on a empty stomach.
When Owen said that she had died because of alien disease. He couldn't help but to look at the other man wondering how much he had to drink. The dreams and nightmares he had, didn't mean he fully believe that there was life out there. Sure he wondered about it but wasn't one to fully believe in it. Then Owen continued to go on about the guy from earlier and claimed that he was an alien to. David shook his head, not wanting to believe it and he wasn't sure what to say or do at this point. "I don't know... all seems like some scifi movie to be honest.. He stood up stumbling off the stool and hitting his head against the bar as he fell to the floor. Okay, he clearly had too much to drink. His head was bleeding a little from a gash in his forehead.. David sit up slowly, holding his head for a moment.

Watching David bang his head against the post, Owen had wondered he should leave the poor man alone. What Owen told the man was unbelievable. It felt good to tell someone. Should he just leave the man alone. The thought of leaving him there was an invitation.
"Shit," Owen said. When Owen saw the blood on David's hand. Owen knew that was a bad sign.
Moving down beside David, Owen held his right hand up and stuck two fingers in the air, "How many fingers am I holding up, David?" Pulling a pair of latex gloves out of his jacket. He always kept latex gloves with him. Any good doctor would. And he slid the pair on his hands.
"Can you move your head for me?" Owen asked and was watching David react. He was observing David's pupils too. "Listen to me, David. Do you know the Prime Minister? The year?" he was testing David to see if he had memory loss.
Owen took David's free clean hand. He was feeling David's pulse. He kept his eyes on David's chest. Owen was looking for an abnormal signs. Any abnormal signs will tell Owen that David needed more medical help. "Drunk and knock yourself when a doctor is nearby," he said dryly. "Is rather an intelligent move for a pissed off man." "David, say the alphabet backwards for me," he said. "I forgot," he was teasing at David.

David knew he had too much to drink know and that the three beer was when he should have said no. After all, he was only use to having one beer on here and there. The term cheap date would have more than fit him. It wasn't that he was pissed off, he really needed to use the bathroom and just wanted to get some fresh air instead, he ended up making friends with whatever he hit his head on. "Guess.. three was too much so much for the restroom and a some fresh air..." He said, holding his head still.
When Owen moved down beside him, he wondered what was going on. There was no way they had become that close in such a short time. David leaned more against the wall when he noticed Owen moving his hand around then noticed the gloves, ignoring the question for now. "Kind of a good sign when you run into a doctor at the bar just before you make your head into a bouncing ball." The last thing he wanted was to be babied but he had a feeling Owen wouldn't leave him alone until the bleeding stopped.
"Not the first head injury.. though this is nothing like last time." The last time he had hurt his head, he was in the military.. They had found him passed out in the desert and they were saying the damage done was the reason there were blanks in his memory. It was why he wasn't serving his second tour like he was suppose to be. Instead, he was playing teacher. David moved his head to each side slowly when he was asked to move his head. "Um... is it a bad sign that as a history teacher.. I don't know who the Prime Minister is? But the year is 2010.."
David tensed up greatly when Owen took his hand, doing his best not to pull away from the other man. He swallowed hard from the touch. His pupils were a little clouded but his pulse was fine as was his breathing. "Well.. I didn't know you were a doctor and the most I ever drink is just one beer but even that is rare." He said, looking down for a moment staring at the floor. Trying to keep himself from getting sick like he was feeling more so at the moment. "Z...X..Y W..." He trailed off before looking at Owen. "I'm okay.. Do I really need to do this?" The closeness of the other man had him feeling more nervous than he normally would. His eyes closed for a moment as he leaned his head against the leg of the stool.

Owen chuckled at the Prime Minister comment. "No, it's okay. I can see your reaction well enough," he replied. "Yes, it is bad for a history teacher not knowing. I promise I say something."
"Yes I am a doctor. It is my responsibility to be sure you're okay. I am a man of my trade. A healer," he added. "Now we get you to a toilet because you got some involuntary objects wanna come out," Owen helped David let go of the stool's leg and helped David to his feet. "Come on lean on me. If you need to."
"I am not going to tell you not to drink too much. I think you learned a lesson," he said guiding David to the men's toilets. People watched. Owen did not care. He was doing his job. They wanted to think Owen was gay. Let them think it. He was not. He cared not what they thought. He had a better job than they could imagine. No, he was not sure he had that job still. He was not sure what tomorrow going to be like.
The one thing he knew he had Weevil's waiting for him outside. He had no home to go too. He had no place. He will figure it out. He might find a lady and do a one night stand and stay at her place. Free bed for him. Was it immoral to do it. Yes. Was it sinful. Yes. But Owen cared not. He was a doctor who healed. He know felt less of a person in his life. Doctor Daniel who the hell is he? What the fuck is wrong with Jack? Owen was mad at Torchwood Three. Tosh had gone to America Torchwood. Had it Tosh left to America because she wanted Owen and Owen vanished? Did Owen had made a change in her life that much? Maybe he did. Tosh was always soft. Always to pleasing. Owen was a jerk to her. Tosh wanted a relationship. Owen did not want one and still does not one. I mean, right what Jack did. Replace Owen and not had allowed him back in. God he loved his job. Now it was gone.
Something had happened. He wasn't sure what it was. The hint was the Weevils. That was a wake up call. Why would the Weevil's follow him? They fear him and Owen feared them. Something was wrong.
But Owen's problems need to be on hold. He had to Hello David. "Here we are your lordship. There is your throne! Have fun," Owen said closing the stall door on David. He took a piss while he waited and listened to David's vomiting. He hated hear another person vomit. He had to see if David be fine. "All a doctor's duty doing his job," Owen muttered under his breath.

It wasn't like he watched or followed the news, he was too busy trying to figure out who he was and teaching kept him busy. David figured that Owen was trying to figure out how badly he hit his head and if it was enough to give him a concussion. Right now it felt like he had one. The lights were hurting his eyes a tiny bit and he was feeling sick ontop of his head hurting. When Owen said it was bad he didn't know, he chuckled a little. "Well I guess, I should say thank you... for everything." The carrying of gloves gave the whole medical field thing away, unless the other man had a sick fetish for gloves. Being a doctor or medic was the first and best idea that seemed to fit at the moment. "I can see that you take your job seriously. Not too many doctors carry gloves around them.. so it means you had some field serivce and means your ready for anything.."
David wasn't trying to dig but he was trying to find more out about Owen. This was the first time he felt sort of comfortable around someone. The first time someone took their time with him and stuck around. "Yeah.. not feeling too good at this point." When Owen helped him up, he offer a smile as a thank you. David felt like the room was spinning a little but didn't say anything about it. He leaned into Owen a tiny bit before moving to walk along side him. The looks and stares wasn't something he cared about or really noticed.
After all it wasn't first time he got looks like this. David was into both men and women but he rather have a man over a women. He just felt more safe around another man than he did with women. "Thank you for not telling.. and yeah. Learn my lesson. Watch how many drinks, I drink around a handsome man... Kind ruins the mood.." He said, not really paying attention to what he said. It was the alcohol in his system, it had him more relaxed and open then he would be.
When it came to his own, it was empty there was no personal touch to his place. Just a sofa, bed and more of the basic stuff. There was some books scattered around and some things he picked up along the way but nothing that told much about himself. Well besides the journal he kept of his dreams. "No lordship, surely don't feel like it." Once he got sick and there was nothing left, it took him a few mintues before he left the stall. He moved over to the sink and rinsed out his mouth and took a drink of water before splashing his face. David leaned against the sink with his eyes closed. He wasn't sure what was going to happen next or where things were going to go with all of this.
All he knew was his head hurt and he still felt sick. "So Doctor... Clean bill of health or not?" He had a feeling he wasn't going to be given a clean bill of health but he didn't want to go to the hospital for some reason he had a fear of them.
